Hello Mr. Leamons and Mr. Rheaume,

A request was received on June 23, 2014 from Georgia-Pacific LLC to initiate certain chemical addition 
trails at several points in the wastewater treatment process, a copy of the request has been attached to 
this email. 

A response has been written for the request, a copy of the approval letter has been attached to this 
email. Before this response is signed and mailed approval from the Air Division and Solid Waste Division 
must be received. 

If you could please review the provided documents and provide any comments, concerns, and approval 
for the Georgia-Pacific LLC-request to run trials. Please, contact me if you have questions.
